Melaka Water City Resort is Melaka's latest theme resort project undertaken by Bitara Carta Sdn. Bhd.( an associate company of MJSB Group of companies. It lies in the prime tourist district of Ayer Keroh, Melaka. It takes a mere five minutes' drive from the Ayer Keroh tol, a distance of approximately 6 km. Within less than 3km radius, you will find the Chief Minister's Office, Ozana Golf and Country Club, Melaka Zoo, Recreational Forest, Crocodile Farm, Jaya Jusco and Kota Mas Shopping centres and Pantai Medical Centre.
The Melaka Water City Resort is straddled across 12.5 acres of elevated land, built in unique architecture with landscaped gardens. It is conceived and designed to epitomise a 5-star accommodation and facilities. The project comprises of four cascading medium-rise apartment blocks of 8 and 9 storeys high, a club house with an 80ft high tower.

The Club House consists of a banquet function hall with a seating capacity for 700 persons. Theatre seating can accommodate maore than 1000 persons. There are four specially designed conference rooms with full AV facilities for corporate use.
